A half beef from 4J Cattle Farm includes roughly 175-225 pounds (weights and cuts depend on your custom cutting instructions). Our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility. Once the beef has been delivered to the butcher we will contact you to facilitate a 3-way call with the butcher to go over the custom cut options that best suit your family.
