Copperstone Cottage

What a lovely time! Copperstone Cottage was exactly what we needed. Our host Jessica was so helpful and sweet! So thankful for this stay!! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Our stay was so pleasant, the cabin is stocked with so many supplies, good instructions all around the cabin and everything was clean. It was quiet and we enjoyed the scenery, we will be back and suggesting all stays to our close family and friends!

We stayed in Copperstone Cottage. Place was wonderful & clean. It has everything you need. Views are wonderful. We had no issues during our stay.

Everything was above our expectations! Will definetly come back.

Clean, well-provisioned cottage. Superb valley/river view. Plenty of dry, seasoned firewood for the pit. Host was accommodating and helpful. Very nice.

Upon arriving my first thought was, oh, this is cute! When I walked in, it was beautiful!!! Absolutely breathtaking! We spent the first evening in and enjoyed the back deck. It was storming and the woods were beautiful! I worked the next morning and my fiance fished. I joined him after work, and it was nothing but relaxing. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. It was so well thought out, and a lot of love went into making this cabin perfect. Thank you so much! We will surely be back!

We had a great stay! Would recommend looking at their business page Murphy’s place. Good communication throughout the stay. 4 stars only due to the tub not working the first night (which they fixed early the next morning), no shampoo provided as described on the listing, and that you had to sign into personal Netflix account (come prepared with your password). The space was quaint and romantic! Awesome for a couple or big group to take advantage a larger space or multiple listings to hang out at the well equipped pavilion by the river. Fire pit and firewood was provided in abundance! Would come again!

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought and love went into creating a perfect getaway cabin. The river access was very nice and easy. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the back deck observing the wildlife and listening to the cows below in the field calling to each other. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

A perfect rural retreat!

Absolutely beautiful location and views! The cabin was secluded and it was very peaceful. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! Our host, Jessica, kept us informed and was very quick to respond to questions. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

My boyfriend and I planned a 2 night stay here. It was great. Cabin was great. Clean and just enough room for the two of us. Beautiful view. Trails/ roads to walk around. Built a fire outside. BBQd. We even discovered a cave near the pavilion to explore. It was like time went so slow which is what we wanted on this short trip. We will definitely be back

Lovely weekend trip, great cute cozy cottage with a great view. My girlfriend and I had a really great time and will definitely want to come back again, it was perfect and great for a romantic getaway weekend away from the city. The cottage was so cool and it’s a perfect location to go on hikes and walks down to the river. Thank you for hosting us and I hope we will be welcome again!

Just needed a break from Covid and get into the woods. Great place to unwind, stare at a fire or walk in the woods. Very quiet this time of the year. Everything is there you need including plenty of firewood. Friendly host if you need anything

The cottage was great for the two of us as a weekend getaway. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including the beautiful view!

We wanted to get away from the duty and nowhere would have been better. We are going home revived and relaxed because of the wonderful property and people we just visited. Will definitely go again. Thank you Crystal and Gerald.

The Copperstone cabin at Murphy's Place was a great place for our Missouri get away. We stay in a lot of VRBO vacation rentals and this is one of the cleanest and best stocked we have seen. Check in was a breeze and owners were friendly and very helpful. View is great and the atmosphere is just laid back and relaxing. Great place to stay. I highly recommend

We were looking to get away and relax, and this was the perfect place! The cabin was in a perfect location. We had a great time relaxing on the deck with the view of the river. We even saw a momma deer and her twins playing in the hay meadow twice! We had a great time and would love to go back!

I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this! My boyfriend and I stayed in Copperstone cottage over memorial day weekend, and we had an amazing time. The cabin is extremely cozy and well-furnished. I especially liked the full kitchen. The view from the deck is breathtaking! When we stayed there were a million fireflies that lit up the trees and river. We sat out there for several hours each night just enjoying the view. I liked the privacy of the property, but yet it was close enough to town so that we could run in and get ice and supplies that we realized we forgot. There is also a winery very close to the property with live music. I could go on and on about this place. I highly recommend it! I can't wait to come back!

Back for the 4th time - this time to celebrate our 46th anniversary!!! From the back deck you have the feeling of being in the mountains, without having to drive a long way. See you and Gerald at the Cellar Party at Peaceful Bend in November!

My husband and I have stayed at the Copperstone Cottage 2 times, and it was amazing each time. Both times we stayed was in the winter. The view from the back porch is amazing. It is so relaxing to just light up the fireplace and soak in the oversized jetted tub. We love it here and look forward to coming back. I recommend this cottage to any couple that just wants to relax and getaway. It is so secluded and pleasant. Crystal is always so wonderful to work with 🙂
